Chemical Brothers - The Salmon Dance

"The Salmon Dance" is a Hip hop/big beat song by the English electronic music duo The Chemical Brothers and is the 7th track on their 2007 studio album We Are the Night. It features vocals by Fatlip, a rapper who is a former member of the alternative rap group The Pharcyde and was released as the second single on the 10th of September 2007.
The video, directed by Dom & Nic, features a boy looking at his fish tank, home to Fatlip the piranha, Sammy the salmon (although he is actually a squirrel fish), Puffa the beatboxing porcupinefish, a lionfish, seahorses, butterflyfish, angelfish, and tangs. Note that piranhas are actually fresh water fish and could never survive in a tank containing the other featured species. It features British actor Rory Jennings. The single has reached number ten on the New Zealand RIANZ singles chart, mainly due to downloads and airplay.
